About appraisal reports
Appraisal reports provide visibility into appraisal activity within the system. They allow users to review performance, monitor outcomes, and identify trends across appraisals, including those successfully converted into listings and those that were missed.
These reports are designed to support decision-making by offering both summary and detailed views of appraisal data.
Types of appraisal reports
Appraisal list report
A report that displays selected appraisals along with the basic details for each.
Appraisal detail report
A report that displays selected appraisals with comprehensive, in-depth details for each record.
Appraisals missed report
This report highlights appraisals that have been cancelled or expired, where the expected close date has passed. It can be used to identify missed opportunities.
Appraisal conversion report
A report that compares the number of appraisals created against those that have been successfully listed, providing insight into conversion performance.
Generate appraisal reports
To generate appraisal reports:
- Go to: Appraisals > Search
- Build your desired filter
- Select relevant records
- Click Choose Report from the top menu
- Select your desired report
- Click View Report
Reports are generated based on the selected filters and records from the Appraisals search screen.
