About relationship filters
Box+Dice lets you filter contacts by relationship status. This feature helps you quickly identify contacts that are linked to others or those that stand alone in your database.
Apply a relationship filter
You can filter contacts by their relationship status:
- Go to: Contacts in the sidebar
- In the Filters panel on the left, click Add Filter Item
- Select Relationship from the filter options list
- Choose one of the following:
- is known - Shows all contacts connected to at least one other contact
- is unknown - Shows all contacts that are not connected to any other contact
- Click Apply
The results will update automatically based on your selected criteria.
Tip: Use a combination of filters for more precise results.
View contact details
Once you locate the contact:
- Review the displayed phone numbers and email addresses in the results list
- To see physical addresses, click Basic view at the top of the screen, then switch to Table view
Note: Table view provides a more detailed layout for addresses and other contact information.
