About sales filters
Sales Filters allow you to build powerful searches across your sales data. You can create your own filter combinations, save them for future use, mark frequently used filters as favourites, and share filters with other team members in your office group.
Sales Filters are designed to help you quickly locate the exact records you need by combining multiple criteria, consultant assignments, dates, activities, and property information.
Filter Criteria
The Sales Filter screen provides a wide range of fields that can be used to build custom searches and refine your results.
Available filter options include:

Apply a saved filter
If you have existing saved filters, there are several ways to apply them.
Favourite filters can be applied with a single click from the Sales screen.
Favourite filters can also be accessed and applied from the Dashboard.
Saved Filters, including default filters, personal filters, and shared filters, can be accessed at any time from the Saved Filters area in the Contacts screen.
Add a Filter
To create a new filter:
- If Reset is displayed, a filter is already applied
- Select the dropdown menu and select:
- Reset to clear filters and viewing options
- Clear Filters to remove filters only
- Click Add Filter
- Select the filter you want to use. You can begin typing to narrow the list
- Select the required condition
- Select the appropriate value or values
- Click Apply
Save a Filter
Depending on filter ownership and permissions, you may see a Save button, a Save As button, or both.
When saving a filter for the first time, or when using Save As, the save dialogue is displayed.
To save a filter:
- Click Save Filter
- Enter a filter name
- Choose whether the filter is private or shared with your office group
- Select the star icon if you want to make it a favourite
- Click Save
Saved Filters
Saved Filters provide a convenient way to store and reuse searches.
From the Saved Filters screen, you can:
- Apply a filter
- Mark a filter as a favourite or remove it from favourites
- Edit filter names and sharing settings where permitted
- Delete filters where permitted
Select the ellipsis menu (three dots) beside a filter to access available actions.
There are three filter types:

Default Filters
- Included with Box+Dice
- Cannot be edited
- Can be applied, favourited, unfavourited, modified, and saved as a new filter

Saved Filters
- Created and saved by you
- Can be edited, deleted, shared, and managed as needed

Shared Filters
- Shared by other members of your office group
- Cannot be edited directly
- Can be applied, favourited, unfavourited, modified, and saved as a new filter
Any filter can be marked as a favourite, making it available for quick access from the Sales screen and Dashboard.
