Learn how to add custom withdrawn reasons in Box+Dice. This allows you to include business-specific reasons alongside the default withdrawal options available when withdrawing a listing from sale.
Withdrawn reasons help you record why a sales listing has been withdrawn from the market. Box+Dice includes a set of default withdrawn reasons, and you can also create your own custom reasons to suit your agency's requirements.
Any custom withdrawn reasons you add will appear alongside the system default options when withdrawing a listing from sale.
To add withdrawn reasons:
- Go to: Settings > Sales > Withdraw Reasons
- Click + Add reason
- Enter the withdrawn reason you would like to make available
- Click Save
Once added, the custom withdrawn reason will be available as a selectable option when withdrawing a listing from sale, alongside the system default withdrawn reasons.
