About vendor reports

Vendor reports are generated from the Buyer Leads section of a listing and are designed to present campaign activity in a clear and structured format. They provide visibility into buyer engagement, inspections, and overall listing performance.

These reports support communication with vendors by summarising key data points and presenting them in either a simplified or detailed format.

Types of vendor reports

Simple vendor report

The Simple Vendor Report provides a high-level summary of buyer activity for a listing.

  • Buyer leads (with name display options such as first name & initials or full name)
  • Interest levels
  • Inspection dates
  • Offers made
  • Contracts requested or sent

Advanced vendor report

The Advanced Vendor Report allows for customisation and includes a preview before generating the final report. It provides a more detailed view of campaign performance and buyer activity.

You can configure the following to generate the report:

  • Report title
  • REA listing views
  • Domain listing views
  • All other portals listing views
  • Campaign overview
  • Report sections (select what to include):
    • Listing stats
    • Inspections chart
    • Inspections
    • Interest level chart
    • Private inspections
    • Lead source chart
    • Interest over time chart
    • Buyers table
    • Price feedback chart
    • Offers table
  • Buyer privacy options: (choose how you want your buyers name to appear)
    • Initials only
    • First name and initial
    • Initial and last name
    • Full name
  • Campaign summary

Online vendor report

Generates a live, shareable report that can be accessed online, providing real-time updates on campaign performance.

Publishing the report sends an email from the selected Online Report consultant to all vendors associated with the listing. The email includes a link that allows vendors to access the Online Vendor Report.

Note: Events recorded on a Buyer Lead include a date and time stamp. This information is also displayed in Vendor Reports, providing vendors with clearer visibility of the sequence and timing of activity throughout the campaign.

Generate a vendor report

Reports are generated based on the selected buyers and applied filters.

To generate a vendor report:

  • Go to Buyer Leads
  • Configure the required filters
  • Select the relevant buyers
  • Click Reports
  • Select:
    • Simple vendor report
    • Advanced vendor report
    • Online vendor report
