About the Help Centre

The Help Centre is your 24/7 library of resources for Box + Dice and system support. It includes support articles, training materials, and a direct way to contact support for any issues or inquiries.

To access the Help Centre:

  • Scroll to the bottom of the left-hand side menu
  • Click Help Centre


Help Centre features

Contact Support

You can reach support directly through the Help Centre.

To contact support:

  • Click Request Support
  • Select the method you prefer to request support

Search for Support articles

The Help Centre includes a searchable library of guides and articles. 

To search for support articles:

  • Use the Search Bar at the top or
  • Click the Articles
  • Enter keywords related to your task
  • Click an article to view details
  • Scroll to see headings and topics
  • Expand a topic to view related articles

Watch training videos 

Learn at your own pace through the Training Academy. 

To watch videos:  

  • Go to: Training Academy
  • Select a session or course
  • Click the desired session
  • Register your details in the top right 
  • Watch at your convenience (all videos are pre-recorded) 

Webinars or book training

You can access additional training opportunities through the Help Center.

To view webinars or book training: 

  • Go to: Help Centre 
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page 
  • Click View upcoming webinars 
  • Book custom training

System updates and new features

The Help Centre keeps you informed with system updates and releases.

To view updates and new features:

  • Click Announcements
  • Read release notes and system updates

You can also follow specific pages, like the Web App and Agent App, to receive email notifications whenever new release notes are published.

To follow a page:

  • Click the Follow button at the top 

You’ll get automatic email alerts when new content is added.

UserVoice

You can suggest improvements or review ideas from other clients.

To post or review requests:

  • Click UserVoice
  • Log in to access the feedback forum
Note: If you haven’t used UserVoice before, you’ll need an invitation. Contact support to request access.

Support tickets

All of your tickets are stored for easy reference. You can view your tickets, article comments and view your following list. 

To view tickets:

  • Click My Tickets
