  • Related To - Group tasks by their workflow origin
Tip: Use Due Date filters to identify overdue or upcoming tasks quickly.

Filter by Task Template Group

Use the Task Template dropdown above the 'Consultant filter' to focus on tasks linked to a single task template.

This option helps you:

  • Display only tasks from one workflow
  • Review staged campaign activity
  • Work through template sequences end-to-end without distraction

To filter by template group:

  • Click the dropdown arrow beside Task Template
Tip: Combine Task Template with other filters for precise results.

Sort Filtered Results

After applying filters, use 'Order By' to arrange tasks into a working order.

To sort filters by order:

  • Click Order By in the Task Manager toolbar

In the Order By window:

  • Select the first column to sort (e.g., Template Group, Due Date, Task Subject)
  • Select Ascending or Descending order
  • (Optional) Click + Add Level to apply a secondary sort (e.g., first by Template Group, then by Task Subject)
  • Click Confirm to apply sorting

You may also click directly on sort-able column headings. Click again to reverse the order.

Filtering and sorting in Task Manager gives you full control over how tasks are displayed, helping you focus on the work that matters most. By combining filters, template groups, and Order By, you can create a clear, actionable view that supports efficient daily workflows.
