The Automation Stats dashboard gives you visibility into automation activity across your agency.

The dashboard automatically includes activity from Automations, allowing you to view and compare automated actions from a single location.

You can use the dashboard to monitor important operational, compliance, and follow-up workflows, helping you understand how frequently automated actions are being triggered.

The dashboard includes activity data from the last 90 days and provides insights into automation volume, action types, and execution health.

View automation statistics

To view automation stats:

  • Go to: Settings > Automations
  • Select Automations
  • Click Stats

Understand the dashboard

The Automation Stats dashboard includes several widgets that help you understand automation activity and performance.

  • Total actions sent - Displays the total number of automated actions completed
  • Automations sent - Shows the number of actions generated by Automations
  • Via automations - Displays the percentage of actions generated through Automations
  • Failed execution rate - Shows the percentage of automation executions that were unsuccessful
  • Actions sent - Displays activity over the last 90 days and compares Auto Alerts and Automations
  • Automations by action type - Shows a breakdown of automation activity by action type, such as email, SMS, task, or message
  • Automation execution health - Displays the number of successful and failed automation executions
