About Early Access
Early Access is a dedicated area in Box and Dice where you can discover and access new features before they are released to all customers.
This gives you the opportunity to explore upcoming functionality, gain access to new capabilities sooner, and contribute feedback that helps guide future development. Features available through Early Access may still be considered beta releases and may continue to evolve based on real-world usage and customer feedback.
As features mature and feedback is incorporated, they will typically move from Early Access into general availability and become a standard part of the platform.
Early Access features are available from the left-hand navigation menu.
Why use Early Access
- Get access to new features before general release.
- Influence product development by sharing feedback.
- Help identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement.
- Stay ahead with the latest Box and Dice innovations.
How Early Access works
Features included in Early Access may be enabled in different ways depending on the feature and customer requirements.
- Some features can be enabled directly by you
- Some features may only be enabled by a Box and Dice Admin
- Availability is determined on a feature-by-feature basis
Early Access settings are personalised to each individual user. Enabling a feature affects only your own user and does not enable it for your office or organisation.
When an Early Access feature is enabled, it becomes available in Box and Dice for you to use. No additional setup is typically required.
Important considerations
- Support services for Early Access features may be limited or unavailable
- MRI Software reserves the right to withdraw an Early Access feature before general release
- You may be invited to provide feedback or participate in user research activities
- Feedback provided through UserVoice, surveys, ratings, or direct discussions helps improve future versions of the feature
Your participation helps the Box and Dice product team understand how features perform in real-world scenarios and identify opportunities for refinement before wider release.
