About the Agora AI Automations Builder
The Agora AI Automations Builder is an Early Access feature that helps you create automation workflows using natural language.
Instead of building an automation from a blank canvas, you can describe the outcome you want to achieve and Box+Dice will generate a draft workflow for you. The builder attempts to create the required trigger, conditions, delays, recipients, templates, and actions based on your request.
Previously, automations had to be created manually by selecting and connecting each component on the automation canvas. The Agora AI Automations Builder provides a starting point by generating an initial workflow structure that you can review and refine before activating.
This makes it easier to get started with automations, particularly when creating more complex workflows that involve multiple conditions, communications, tasks, and follow-up actions.
Enable the Agora AI Automations Builder
To open the builder:
- Go to: Early Access (located at the bottom of the main side menu)
- Enable the Agora AI Automations Builder Early Access feature
Once enabled, the AI Create option becomes available from the Automations screen.
Create the automation
- Go to: Settings > Automations
- Click AI Create
- Enter a description of the outcome you want to achieve.
Include useful details such as:
- When the automation should run
- What event or date should trigger the automation
- The template to use
- The action required
- Which recipients should be assigned
- Any delays, conditions, or follow-up activities
- Click Generate Automation to create the draft workflow
Box+Dice will interpret your request and generate as much of the automation as possible, including triggers, conditions, delays, recipients, templates, and actions.
The generated automation opens on the automation canvas as a draft.
Review the generated automation
Before activating the automation, review the workflow to ensure it matches the intended outcome.
Check the:
- Trigger
- Conditions
- Recipients
- Templates
- Actions
- Timing and delays
- Branches or alternate paths
Update any information that is missing, incomplete, or incorrect, then save the automation when it meets your requirements.
