About Ask Agora AI Assistant
Ask Agora AI Assistant is your AI-powered assistant within Box and Dice.
Using simple, natural language, you can ask Ask Agora to perform everyday CRM tasks such as creating Contacts, setting Tasks and Appointments, updating Property and Listing records, and sending emails.
Rather than navigating through multiple screens, you can describe what you want to accomplish and Ask Agora will assist with completing the request.
For example, you could ask:
- “Show my appointments for tomorrow.”
- “Plan my inspections for next Saturday around my existing appointments.”
- "Leave a note on Jack Smith saying I called, we talked about the schools nearby Domain, and create a task to call him again next month"
As an Early Access feature, new capabilities will continue to be introduced based on feedback and usage patterns.
Access Ask Agora AI Assistant
Ask Agora AI Assistant is available through Early Access.
- Go to: Early Access from the left-hand navigation menu
- Locate Ask Agora AI Assistant
- Enable the feature using the available toggle
Once enabled, you can access Ask Agora AI Assistant in multiple ways throughout Box and Dice:
- Select the Ask Agora AI Assistant icon from the left-hand navigation menu, OR
- Select the Ask Agora icon available across Box and Dice screens and pages
Use Ask Agora on the current screen
Ask Agora AI Assistant is context aware and can understand the record or screen you are currently viewing.
When launched from a specific screen, Ask Agora can use the context of that record to help complete actions more efficiently. For example, if you open Ask Agora while viewing a Contact record, it can recognise that your request relates to that Contact without requiring you to repeat their details.
This makes it easier to perform actions such as adding notes, creating follow-up tasks, updating information, or reviewing related records directly from the screen you are working on.
About confirmations and feedback
To help ensure accuracy, Ask Agora AI Assistant may ask for confirmation before completing actions that create, update, or modify data.
These confirmation prompts provide an opportunity to review the requested action before it is completed.
As part of the Early Access program, feedback is highly encouraged.
