Linking a Box+Dice property to Property Data takes as little as one click, and brings the details  directly into your property screen including:

• property images
• property details - beds baths cars etc
• recent sales information.

Link a Property to Property Data

To link from the Property screen:

1. Click Link with Property Data below the Beds/Baths/Cars in the right column.

To link when adding or editing a property:

1. In the add/edit property popup, click Fetch matching properties from Property Data.
   Matching property/ies will be displayed.
2. Select the correct Property Data property to link by clicking Use this one.
3. Click Add Property or Save.
   
   
   
   

Download Property details from Property Data

The following information (where available) can be downloaded to a Property which is linked Property Data.

• Beds
• Baths
• Car spaces
• Lock up Garages
• House size
• Land size
• Section
• Block

To sync information, go to the Add/Edit Property screen.

Click one of the two options:

Click Add Property or Save to finish.

Viewing recent sales history from Property Data

Once a property is linked to Property Data, its recent Sales History is synced to the Appraisal screen in Box+Dice.

This information is visible when an Appraisal is added against a property.

NOTE: there is one set of linked data per property from RP Data, so if you have multiple appraisal activities on a property, perhaps over the space of years, Refreshing will update the data in all Appraisals.

Download property images from Property Data

As part of your research about a property, you can download the images which are stored on Property Data.

To do this:

1. Locate the property and open the Property details screen.
2. Click Fetch Property Images from Property Data. 
   (this option is only available once a property is linked)
3. If there are images available on Property Data they will be copied down in the background. You can continue working and a popup will let you know when complete.
