About the ActivePipe integration
The ActivePipe integration connects your CRM with your ActivePipe marketing platform so that email activity from ActivePipe appears directly on a contact’s timeline. This provides richer visibility into how contacts engage with your campaigns.
How it works
Note: This integration requires activation by ActivePipe and must also be enabled by your office in Box+Dice.
Once the integration is enabled and ActivePipe has activated their side, any marketing email sent from ActivePipe to a Box+Dice contact will automatically create an entry on that contact’s timeline.
The timeline entry includes:
- The email subject
- A link to the email
- The latest action (sent, opened, clicked)
