About the Campaign Agent integration

Campaign Agent (CA) is a real‑estate financing platform that lets vendors Pay Now (secure gateway) or Pay Later (defer payment—generally due on the earlier of settlement, deposit release, withdrawal, expiry of the agency authority, or 6 months). Funds are sent to your agency while CA manages repayment with the homeowner.

After the Campaign Agent integration is enabled in Box+Dice:

• Your agency can offer Pay Now and Pay Later options to vendors during campaign setup
• CA manages the credit arrangement directly with the vendor
• Marketing costs are funded upfront by CA, reducing risk and improving cash flow for your office
• Notes relating to CA funding or payment choices can be recorded against the listing for clarity
• Settlement‑related payments between your office and CA occur as per CA’s agreed terms

This ensures your marketing campaigns proceed smoothly without relying on upfront vendor payments.

Terms, fees, and repayment triggers

• The Agency has to pay CA back with the deposit on the listing.
• Fee is charged at approx 6% service fee plus interest charge calculated daily.

Vendor payment options

• Pay Now - If the Vendor chooses the Pay Now option with their campaign, they must pay all advertising due direct to CA 5 days before campaign start date (The campaign start date for CA is the date photos are taken (interest starts here also)). This campaign start date can be changed up to 5 days before this date. CA pay the office on the 25th of each month, if the vendor chooses to pay this way
• Pay Later - Pay Later means the Agency will pay CA at Settlement including interest
