About the Property Data integration

The Property Data integration allows you to quickly enrich your Box+Dice properties with verified details, recent sales information, and images. Once enabled, the integration automatically directly from the property record.

Linking a property allows you to pull accurate details and recent sales insights into Box+Dice.

Link from the Property screen

To link from the Property screen:

  • Go to: Properties
  • Search and select the property record
  • Click Link with Property Data below the Beds/Baths/Cars section on the right
  • Select the correct match when prompted
Link when adding or editing a property

To link when adding or editing a property:

  • In the Add/Edit Property popup, click Fetch matching properties from Property Data
  • Review the matching results displayed
  • Select the correct property by selecting Use this one
  • Click Add Property to confirm

Once linked, you can import all available property details, including:

  • Beds
  • Baths
  • Car spaces
  • Lock-up garages
  • House size
  • Land size
  • Section
  • Block

Sync property details

To sync property details to Property Data:

  • Open the Add/Edit Property screen.
  • Select one of the following options:
    • Get missing property details from Property Data
      • Fills only blank fields (does not overwrite any existing data)
    • Fill in all property details from Property Data
      • Replaces all fields with fresh data from RP Data
  • Click Add Property to complete the update
Note: These syncing options are only available once the property is linked.

View recent sales history

Sales history automatically appears in the Appraisal screen when a property is linked.

This information becomes visible whenever you create an appraisal for that property.

Note: There is one set of linked Property Data per property. Refreshing Property Data updates all appraisal activities associated with that property, including older appraisals created in previous years.

Download property images

As part of your research about a property, you can download the images which are stored on Property Data.

  • Go to: Properties
  • Search and select the property record
  • Click Fetch Property Images from Property Data

Images will begin downloading in the background.

Tip: This option only appears when the property is already linked.
