About authorised offices
The Authorised Offices feature extends your access beyond your primary office, allowing you to view information for additional offices that you manage.
This feature is commonly used when you need visibility of payroll, trust accounting, or listing commission information across multiple offices.
The following Access Control Levels include Authorised Offices permissions:
- Access Accounting Payroll
- Access Accounting Trust
- Access istings Listing Details Commissions
Note: Having an Authorised Office assigned does not automatically grant access. The appropriate Access Control Level permissions must also be assigned to your role or consultant group.
Configure authorised offices access
- Go to: Settings > General > Access > Accounting
- Assign the required role or consultant group to the relevant ACL permissions
Once you have added the Consultant Group or Role to the ACL's:
- Go to: More > Staff
- Open the staff member's profile
- Click Edit
- Under the Personal section, add the required offices to Additional Authorised Offices
- Click Save
Once configured, you will be able to view information for the authorised offices in areas where the applicable Authorised Office permissions have been enabled.
