Each office in Box+Dice has a unique Office ID Number. This identifier is commonly used for system administration, record log investigations, support enquiries, and third-party integrations.
The Office ID Number is stored within the office record and can be viewed by inspecting the office details within your browser.
Find your office ID number
- Go to: Settings > General > Office
- Right-click on the office name and select Inspect
- Review the highlighted code element that appears in your browser's developer tools
- Look for a value similar to officeid_pk=1
- The number shown after officeid_pk= is your Office ID Number
When reviewing the highlighted code element, you will see the office name displayed underneath the Office ID Number. This can help confirm that you have identified the correct office record.
