The OpenAI setting controls whether the AI Copy Assistant can generate advertising copy for property listings. When enabled, property details may be sent to OpenAI to create listing descriptions automatically.
Disabling this feature prevents the system from generating AI ad copy and stops property information from being used for this purpose.
Turn off OpenAI for advertising copy
To disable the AI Copy Assistant:
- Go to: Settings > Listings > Open AI
- Locate Allow Open AI to generate advertising copy
- Select No
A green confirmation message will appear indicating that OpenAI has been successfully turned off.
