Custom listing URL fields allow you to add additional links to a property listing beyond the default options such as virtual tours, videos, and floor plans.

These fields are typically used for specialised portal feeds or integrations that support additional media or external links.

Using custom URLs ensures you can include relevant resources while maintaining flexibility across different advertising platforms.

Add custom URL fields to a listing

You can add additional links directly from the listing information screen.

To add a custom listing URL:

  • Go to: Listing screen > Listing Information
  • Click the pencil icon
  • Scroll to Load & Web
  • Click + Add another link to listing
  • Enter the URL, ensuring it includes http:// or https://
  • (Optional) Update the label to describe the link source
  • Repeat for additional URLs as needed
  • Click Save
Tip: Use clear labels to identify each link, especially when adding multiple URLs for different media or sources.

About portal and feed compatibility

Custom URL fields are only included in certain portal feeds.

  • Supported in feeds using the Push Creative XML format
  • Not supported by some commonly used portals

Examples of unsupported portals include:

  • realestate.com.au
  • realestate.co.nz
  • domain.com.au
  • view.com.au
  • thehomepage.com.au
  • homesales.com.au
  • allhomes.com.au
  • inspectrealestate.com.au
  • realestatebookings.com.au
Note: Availability of custom URLs depends on the portal and feed type. Always confirm compatibility before relying on these fields for advertising.
