Inspection Reasons help you categorise and record the outcomes of property inspections. Open Time Formats control how inspection times are displayed throughout the Inspections module.
Both settings are managed from the Inspections area and can be configured to suit your agency's inspection processes.
Manage inspection reasons
To manage inspection reasons:
- Go to: Inspections from the left-hand sidebar
- Select an existing inspection reason to edit its details
- Click Start by adding your first inspection when no inspection reasons have been created
- Select the Add button to create a new inspection reason

Understand open time formats
Open Time Formats determine how inspection times are displayed within the Inspections module. These settings are managed from the same location as Inspection Reasons.
