There are many OFI reasons available in the Add Inspection screen, please see below a brief explanation of each:
Open: The most commonly used OFI reason and the one to use if you use CT or Portal Loading in Box+Dice and want your OFI times advertised.
Auction: Is so that clients know when the actual auction of the listing is. You would assign this Inspection reason to the Auctioneer.
Assist: Means you are assisting the Auction.
Open & Assist: Means you are attending the OFI and then assisting at the Auction.
By Appointment: This indicates when a listing will be available for a Private Inspection (as agreed with the Vendor and/or Tenant), and Agent 1 should be the Agent to contact to arrange to inspect. 'By Appointment' days (but not times) are shown on the OFI list, along with Agent 1's initials.
Property Run: Team viewing of a new listing before it is marketed for sale to the public.
