Overview

Box+Dice inspections support a limited number of agents per inspection record. When more than two agents need to attend the same inspection, an alternative approach is required.

Adding a third agent by creating a separate inspection allows the additional agent to see the inspection in their Box+Dice calendar without publishing a duplicate inspection to property portals. This approach is commonly used when multiple agents need visibility of the same inspection time.

Add a third agent to an inspection

To include a third agent without affecting portal listings:

• Go to the property card
• Scroll to the Inspections section in the Sales Listings
• Create a new inspection using the same date and time as the existing inspection

• Assign the third agent to the new inspection
• Select Property run as the inspection reason

• Click Save

The inspection will appear in the third agent’s Box+Dice calendar without publishing an additional inspection to portals.
