Overview
The last inspection call back report helps you identify buyers who attended the most recent open for inspection (OFI) for a listing. It uses inspection date data to filter buyers automatically based on their attendance.
Generate the last inspection call back report
Use the inspection filter on the property’s buyer screen to identify attendees from the most recent inspection.
- Go to: Sales > Listings
- Open the relevant property listing
- Click the Buyer Leads tab
- Click Filters
- Under Inspections, select the most recent inspection date
- Click Confirm
The buyer list updates to display only those who attended the selected inspection.
Note: Only buyers who attended the selected inspection date will appear in the filtered results.
Once buyers have been filtered, you can export the results.
- Select Save to PDF
- Choose your preferred report template
- Save or download the generated report
