About storing alarm codes
There is no dedicated field for alarm codes within the system. Instead, listing notes can be used to securely store and manage this information.
This allows agents to easily access alarm codes when attending open for inspections (OFIs) or property appointments, ensuring smooth access to the property.
Add an alarm code to a listing
To store an alarm code within a listing note.
- Go: to Properties > Find and open your listing
- Scroll to the Notes section
- Click Add note
- Enter the alarm code details
- Tick Important note
- Click Add a note
This option makes the alarm code readily available to any agent attending an OFI or appointment at the property.
Note: The alarm code saved in notes is also available in the Agent App for easy access on the go.
