About files and contracts in the Agent App

Files and contracts in the Agent App allow agents to access selected sales listing attachments on iOS and Android. These controls determine which files can be viewed and shared from the app.

The feature is designed to balance convenience and security. By limiting which files appear in the Agent App and allowing only one contract to be designated, agencies can prevent confidential information from being sent accidentally while still enabling fast, compliant communication with buyers.

Make a file available in the Agent App

Files must be explicitly marked before they can be accessed or attached to emails from the Agent App.

To make a file available in the agent app:

  • Upload a file to the sales listing, or open an existing attachment
  • Tick Show in Agent App during upload or after the file has been added

  • Save the changes

Once selected, the file becomes available to attach to emails sent from the Agent App.

Note: This setting helps safeguard against consultants accidentally sending confidential listing documents via the Agent App.

Send contract in the Agent App

Each listing can have one file marked as a contract. This enables contract‑specific actions in the Agent App.

  • Open the required listing file
  • Mark the file as Contract

  • Save the changes

When a contract is set, the Send Contract button appears in the Agent App.

The Send Contract option enables one‑tap sending of the contract directly to a buyer, reducing manual steps.
