  • The Box+Dice Agent App (often called the Agent App) is the mobile companion to MRI Box+Dice CRM, designed for real estate professionals to manage buyers, appraisals, tasks, appointments, and contacts while on the road

Why use it

  • From inspections to private appointments, you can register buyers, update appraisals, send vendor reports, access contact timelines, and receive native notifications, so you stay productive between meetings
Note: In the app stores, the application name is “Box+Dice” (developer: Box and Dice Software Pty. Ltd. on iOS; MRI Software LLC on Android). Internally and in help content, we refer to the same application as the Agent app.

Use on iPhone/iPad: Download from the App Store

Get the official app:

  • Open the App Store on your device
  • Search for “Box+Dice” and confirm the developer is Box and Dice Software Pty. Ltd.
  • Tap Get to install
  • After installation, open Box+Dice to begin setup
Note (iOS requirements): The US listing indicates iOS 16.0+ for iPhone/iPad (macOS 13+ for Apple Silicon Macs). Some regional listings may show earlier minimums (e.g., 15.0+) depending on version rollout. Always check your store’s Compatibility section.

Use a QR code to install (optional)

  • Open your device’s Camera (or a QR scanner app)
  • Scan the provided Box+Dice Agent App QR code
  • Follow the prompt to open the App Store or Google Play and install the app

Note: If your agency uses mobile device management (MDM) restrictions, QR‑based store links might be blocked. Contact your admin for a managed install.

Sign in and first‑time setup

Choose your sign‑in method

  • Open Box+Dice and tap Sign in
  • If your agency has enabled Single Sign‑On (SSO) via Okta, select SSO and follow the redirect to your identity provider. The app has improved Okta authentication to reduce unnecessary logins for agents who do not already use their own SSO
  • If SSO isn’t enabled, enter your Box+Dice username and password to sign in

Enable notifications (and caller ID on Android)

Stay on top of tasks and appointments

  • When prompted, allow Notifications so the app can remind you of tasks and appointments via native alerts
  • Enable Caller ID to display contact names for incoming calls when matched in Box+Dice. (Available in recent Android builds)
