About listing QR code in agent app
The listing QR code feature allows agents to display a QR code from their phone or tablet during inspections. Buyers can scan the code to register their details directly.
Generate the listing QR code
To generate the QR code:
- Open the Listing
- Go to the Buyers screen
- Tap the more options (three dots)
- Select Listing QR code
The QR code will display on your device, ready to be scanned.
How buyer check-in works
When a buyer scans the QR code, they are taken to a registration page where they can enter their details.
- First name
- Last name
- Mobile number
- Email address
Once submitted, the buyer is checked into the inspection and added to the buyer register if they do not already exist.
