This article covers:

Overview

You can send professional, consistent emails using pre-created templates directly from the agent app. This feature mirrors the functionality available in the web application and helps save time while maintaining quality communication.

Apply a library template

You can send emails from multiple areas of the app, including Contact and Buyer records.

To send an email using a libary template:

  • Go to: Contacts or Buyer records
  • Select the contact or buyer profile
  • Tap the Email icon
  • Tap Send Email

When the Send Email modal opens, you’ll see a new toggle labeled Use Library Template.

  • Toggle Use Library Template ON

A search field appears, allowing you to find templates stored in your system library.

  • Tap Search email template

  • Browse or search for your desired template from the list

  • Select a Template to apply to your email
Note: Templates can’t be created or edited within the Agent App. You can only use templates that were created by you or your administrators in the web application.
  • Select relevant relationships using the dropdown
  • Tick Generate separate email for each client if you want one email sent to each client individually
  • Select a Listing to associate the email with a property or listing
  • Review the prefilled Subject line (e.g., Selling Tools – Post)
  • Review the rendered template in the body of your email
  • Tap into the email body to make any manual edits if needed
  • Click the Preview icon to see the final formatted version before sending
Note: The email body may appear slightly misaligned in edit mode. The preview and sent versions display correctly for the recipient, identical to emails sent from the web app.

Once you are satisfied with the content and formatting:

  • Tap Send to dispatch the message

The email will be sent using the same rendering and dynamic field logic as in the web version.
