Summary
Learn how actual unconditional dates are managed on auction and private sale listings. Box+Dice can calculate an expected unconditional date based on your cooling-off settings, but the actual unconditional date must be entered manually when applicable.
When an auction listing is marked as sold, the Actual Unconditional Date is not automatically completed in Box+Dice. This behaviour applies to both auction and private sale listings.
The system can populate the Expected Unconditional Date based on your cooling-off period settings configured under Settings > Sales > Critical Dates. This calculation is applied to all listings and is not determined by the listing type.
