About conjunctional agent access
Conjunctional sales listings allow multiple agents, including those from different offices or office groups, to collaborate on a property listing.
To support this, access control levels (ACL) must be configured to permit selected user roles to add agents outside their own office group. This ensures the right level of access while maintaining permission control across the system.
Enable access control for external agents
Follow these steps to allow agents from another office or office group to be added to a listing.
- Go to: Settings > General > Access
- Navigate to Listings > Listing details > Listing Record
- Select the relevant privilege for adding consultants from other office groups
- Click + to add a role (for example, Admin)
Note: Only users with the assigned role will be able to add agents from other office groups to listings.
