The buyer tools in the listing screen allow you to view, manage, and analyse buyers with a specific property listing. These tools provide visibility into buyer interest, inspection attendance, and engagement levels.

They are designed to help agents prioritise follow-ups, track buyer activity, and generate reports for better decision-making.

Access the Buyer Register

You can access all buyer-related information directly from the listing screen.

• Select Buyer Leads to open the Buyer Register
• View all buyers registered against the listing

Understand buyer data and insights

The listing screen provides a quick overview of buyer activity and interest levels.

• View the total number of registered buyers for the listing
• See a graph showing buyer interest levels:
  • In
  • Maybe
  • Out

Filter and sort buyers

You can refine the Buyer Register to focus on specific groups of buyers.

• Use Open for Inspection filters to show buyers who attended inspections
• This is useful for follow-up calls after inspections
• Click a column heading to sort buyers by:
  • Interest level
  • Last inspection
  • Date added
  • Source
  • Click the column again to reverse the sort order

Generate buyer reports

The system allows you to create reports based on your filtered and sorted data.

• Select Reports to generate buyer register reports
• Reports reflect any filters and sorting currently applied
• Use reports for printing or sharing insights
