Unpresent a transaction

If a transaction was accidentally marked as presented during a reconciliation, you can unpresent it to correct the error.

To unpresent a transaction:

  • Go to: Accounting > Trust > Reconciliation
  • Scroll to the transaction you want to unpresent
  • Tick the checkbox next to the transaction
  • Click Mark # transaction as un-presented

Once unpresented, the transaction will reappear in your reconciliation list and can be matched again in future reconciliations.
