Summary

Learn how integration management permissions work in Box+Dice, including which access levels can modify integration settings and how your organisation controls access.

This article covers:

About integration management permissions

Integration settings allow your organisation to connect Box+Dice with external systems. Because these settings can impact data flow, security, and business operations, access is restricted to specific permission levels.
Box+Dice uses access control tiers to ensure only authorised users can configure or modify integrations. These permissions help maintain system integrity, avoid unintended changes, and protect sensitive configuration details.

Who has permission to manage integrations

Integration settings can affect multiple systems and users. Restricting who can edit these settings ensures only trained or designated users can make changes, preventing accidental disruptions or security risks.

Note: Restricting integration permissions in Settings > General > Access control levels ensures that only trusted users can manage API keys, third‑party connections, and system‑level configurations. By default, Franchise Admin‑level users have permission to manage integrations.

If you need access to manage integrations, please speak with your office’s Box+Dice champion in the first instance. In larger groups, this functionality may be controlled by your Corporate office.
