About advertising copy

Advertising Copy is used to define the text content that will be published with your listing across online portals and eMarketing channels. It allows you to control how your property is presented to potential buyers or renters by setting a clear heading and detailed description.

This feature ensures consistency across marketing platforms and provides a central location to manage and update listing content before publishing.

Advertising copy for sales listing

You can access the Advertising Copy screen from within a listing to prepare content before publishing.

• Go to: Sales > Listing
• On the Listing page within a Sales listing
• Click Advertising Copy

• Alternatively, access it via the Manage Portals screen

In the Advertising Copy screen allows manage the text that will appear on external portals and marketing channels:

• Enter the Heading
• Enter the Body Text

• Click Save

Advertising copy for rental listings

For rental listings, the Advertising Copy feature is accessed in a similar way.

• Go to: Rentals > Listings
• In the Listing page within a Rental listing
• Click Advertising Copy
• Or access it via the Manage Portals screen

In the Advertising Copy screen allows manage the text that will appear on external portals and marketing channels:

• Enter the Heading
• Enter the Body Text

• Click Save
