About buyer lead matching
Buyer lead matching allows you to view contacts in the database whose buying criteria align with a specific listing. Instead of only seeing buyers already in the Buyer Register, you can surface additional contacts who may be suitable for the property.
This feature helps expand your pool of potential buyers by linking listing details with saved contact preferences.
Show matching contacts
- Go to: Sales > Listing
- Open the listing
- Click the Show matching contacts icon
This will change the view from existing buyers to a list of contacts whose buying criteria match the listing.
- Use the available filters in the matching view to narrow results and identify the most relevant buyers for the listing
Add matching contacts as leads
- Select one or more contacts from the list
- Click Add as Lead
- Click Yes to confirm
The selected contacts will be added to the Buyer Register as leads.
