Summary

Learn how to configure integration settings in Box+Dice, including office‑level control, access permissions, and enabling or disabling partner integrations.

This article covers:

Overview

Integrations connect Box+Dice with partner platforms so your office can automate processes, sync data, or enhance workflows. These settings allow you to enable or disable integrations, manage access permissions, and generate the required token for third‑party systems.

Enable an integration

The exact process may vary slightly depending on the integration partner.

To turn on an integration for your office:

  • Go to: Settings > Integrations
  • Select the tile for the integration you want to enable
  • Select the consultant and office if prompted

  • Select Enable [integration name]
  • Acknowledge the pop‑up message confirming the cost per office

  • Click I agree
  • Click Show token

  • Click Copy to clipboard
  • Paste the token into an email to the third‑party support team so they can activate their side of the integration
Note: Provide your client URL as well when enabling the Website API.
Alternative enable method

If the standard enable steps differ for your integration, follow this alternative method.

To turn on an integration for your office:

  • Go to: Settings > Integrations
  • Select the tile for the integration you want to enable
  • Tick the checkbox for each office you want to enable

  • Acknowledge the pop‑up message confirming the cost per office

  • Click I agree
  • Click Show token

  • Click Copy to clipboard
  • Paste the token into an email to the third‑party support team so they can activate their side of the integration

Resolve grayed checkboxes

If the enable or disable checkbox is greyed out, your access level does not allow integration changes. Integration permissions are disabled for all staff by default and must be manually granted.

Tip: Admin access level users can adjust these permissions.

To update access permissions:

  • Go to: Settings > General > Access
  • Click Settings > Integrations > Edit
  • Click + plus icon to add a specific role or group that should have permission to manage integrations

Disable an integration

You can disable an integration for selected offices or for all offices.

Disable for specific offices

To disable for a specific office:

  • Select the integration tile
  • Untick the checkbox next to the office you want to disable
  • Click Deactivate

Disable for all offices

To disable integration for all offices:

  • Select the integration tile

  • Click Delete token to remove access for all offices
