About the Box+Dice Agent App

The Box+Dice Agent App is a mobile application designed for real estate agents who use Box+Dice. It provides access to core listing, buyer, and reporting functionality on supported iOS and Android devices.

The app allows agents to work away from the office by viewing property information, managing buyers, completing inspections, and sending reports directly from their mobile device. It supports day‑to‑day sales activities and keeps property data accessible when meeting clients or attending inspections.

The Agent App is available on both iOS and Android devices, including phones and tablets.

Note: Device and operating system requirements may change with app updates. If you experience issues installing or updating the app, check your device’s operating system version.

Download the Agent App

You can download the Agent App directly from your device’s app store.

To download on iOS:

  • Open the App Store
  • Search for Box+Dice
  • Tap Get and complete the install

To download on Android:

Log in to the app

Once the app is installed, you can log in using your Box+Dice credentials.

To log in:

  • Open the Agent App
  • Tap the email field and enter your Box+Dice login email address
  • Tap Sign in
  • Enter your Okta password
  • Tap Sign in to continue
Note: Your access depends on your Box+Dice user permissions.

View and access content in the Agent App

The Box+Dice Agent App provides quick access to key features used throughout the day. What you see depends on your permissions and any filters currently applied.

From the app, you can:

  • View and search listings from your properties, your office, or your office group

  • Access listing details, including property information and vendor contact options


     

  • Add and manage buyers linked to listings
  • Create and send vendor reports following inspections
  • Use supporting tools, including: 
    • Tasks and appointments
    • Contacts
    • Settings
