About feature properties
Feature properties allow selected listings to be highlighted across your marketing channels. When a listing is marked as a feature property, it becomes available in the feature section of your Box+Dice GRAB website and can also be selected when creating a Blast campaign.
Feature properties are designed to promote key listings and increase visibility to potential buyers. The selected feature type does not determine placement on your website or in campaigns.
Set a feature property
- Open the listing record
- Click the pencil icon next to Listing Information
- Scroll down to Load & Web
- Select a value from the Feature Property Type dropdown
- Select Feature Property 1, 2, or 3
- Click Save
The feature property number (1, 2, or 3) does not control ordering or positioning. All selected properties are available for use when creating a Blast campaign.
Feature property requirements
- A listing must be marked as Current to appear as a feature property
- Sold listings will not appear in the feature property section
- You can select multiple feature properties for use in Blast campaigns
