About the Domain Leads API

The Domain Leads API is an integration method that brings listing enquiries from Domain Group directly into Box and Dice.

It enhances the existing email-parsing process by supporting residential and commercial listings, including agencies that do not use Box and Dice as their bulk portal uploader.

Use this integration to:

  • Automatically collect Domain enquiries
  • Improve lead capture accuracy
  • Streamline lead capture workflows across your office or offices

Review supported lead sources

With the Domain Leads API, Box and Dice now supports API-level lead capture from major portals across Australia and New Zealand.

Supported API sources include:

  • Realestate.com.au
  • Domain.com.au
  • Realestate.co.nz
  • Trademe.co.nz

Box and Dice also integrates with partner platforms such as Plezzel, Rita, Rebot, ActivePipe and others that use APIs to create buyer leads directly against listings.

Enable the Domain Leads API integration

You can activate the Domain Leads API through the integrations area in Box and Dice.

To enable the Domain Leads API integration:

  • Go to: Settings > Integrations > Custom integrations
  • Select the Domain integration tile

  • Click Authorise My Agency /Provider

You will be redirected to the Domain OAuth page.

  • Enter your credentials and Log in
  • Select the correct Domain account 
  • Tick and grant permission for Box and Dice

  • Click Accept

How enquiry importing works

Once activated, the Domain Leads API begins automatically importing enquiries from Domain Group into Box and Dice.

  • Box and Dice fetches listing enquiries every 30 minutes
  • All enquiries for your office or offices are collected
  • Supported listing types include:
    • Residential
    • Commercial
