About the Social Eazie integration

Social Eazie is a marketing platform that simplifies the process of creating and running social media or Google campaigns. When integrated with Box+Dice, you can create targeted ads for each property directly from the listing screen.

How Social Eazie works with Box+Dice

Once the integration is enabled, every property listing in Box+Dice displays a Social Ads button.
Selecting this button opens a modal where you can configure and submit an ad campaign.

This streamlined workflow allows you to:

  • Choose marketing channels
  • Set campaign type, budget, and duration
  • Select audiences
  • Add ad copy
  • Preview and submit your campaign
  • Enter billing details
  • Request a proof before publishing

Place a Social Eazie campaign order

Once the integration with Social Eazie is enabled, you can create and submit a campaign for any property listing directly from Box+Dice using the Social Ads button.

To create and submit a property campaign:

  • Go to: Sales > Listings
  • Search and select the relevant property listing
  • Click the Social Ads button Amplify your Listing to open the campaign modal

  • Select an Advertising Channel (e.g., social media or Google)

  • Select your Campaign Type

  • Select your Budget and duration, or enter a custom amount using the blue link at the bottom

Note: Currency is shown as AUD or NZD based on your office location.
  • Select your Audience Location — the geographic area your ad should appear in

  • Select your target Age Range for the campaign

  • Select your General audience, such as First Home Buyers or Investors

  • Enter your Ad copy and comments, including:
    • Ad Heading - auction details
    • Ad destination Website URL
    • Additional Comments
Tip: Add detailed comments to help the Social Eazie design team tailor your ad exactly as needed.

  • Preview your Ad

  • Tick Email Proof before Ads go Live if you want to receive a proof of your ads
  • Select the ad’s Start date

  • Enter your billing details
  • Click Order Ads to submit your campaign
Note: Your card will be charged at the point you click ‘order ad’. A receipt will be sent to your email, and an invoice will also be generated with the description of the ad for easy account reconciliation on your end.

Note: If this is your first ad order, the Social Eazie team will contact you to organise access to your Facebook page so they can publish ads on your behalf.

Your ads are built by the Social Eazie team, and a proof is sent to you for approval. Once approved, ads will go live on the selected Social or Google channel within 12–24 hours.

Campaign duration and budgeting

Campaign duration depends on the chosen channel and budget. A minimum spend of $150 applies for a single ad type on Facebook, Instagram, or Google, running for 14 days. Ads linked to inspections or auctions will run leading up to the OFI or auction date.

Example duration cycles:

  • Facebook / Instagram or Google — 1 ad type @ $150 = 14 days
  • Facebook / Instagram or Google — 2 ad types @ $300 = 14 days
  • Facebook / Instagram or Google — 1 ad type @ $300 = 28 days
  • Facebook / Instagram or Google — 1 ad type @ $500 = 40 days
  • Facebook / Instagram and Google — 1 ad type @ $300 = 14 days
  • Facebook / Instagram and Google — 2 ad types @ $500 = 14 days
  • Facebook / Instagram and Google — 3–4 ad types @ $500 = 28 days
Note: When both channels are selected, spend is split 50/50 and continuously optimised based on impression performance.
