About the Social Eazie integration
Social Eazie is a marketing platform that simplifies the process of creating and running social media or Google campaigns.
When integrated with Box+Dice, you can manage your Social Ads setup directly from a property listing.
The Social Ads area now uses a three-step Client onboarding workflow to collect your office details, brand assets and advertising template preferences before you use the Social Eazie advertising service.
How Social Eazie works with Box+Dice
Once the integration is enabled, every property listing in Box+Dice displays a Social Ads Tab.
Selecting Social Ads opens the Social Eazie Client onboarding workflow.
The workflow has three steps:
- Office details - Enter your office and contact information
- Branding - Add your logos and other brand assets
- Templates - Preview and fine-tune your advertising template
This streamlined setup helps you establish the information and brand assets Social Eazie needs to create a consistent advertising experience for your listings.
Complete your Social Eazie brand setup
When you first access the Social Ads area, the Client onboarding workflow guides you through the setup process.
To setup your Social Eazie brand:
- Go to: Sales > Listings
- Search and select the relevant property listing
- Click the Social Ads tab
The workflow is displayed as:
- Step 1 of 3 - Office details
- Step 2 of 3 - Branding
- Step 3 of 3 - Templates
You can move between the steps using Previous and Next.
Step 1: Office details
The Office details step collects your office and contact information for use with your Social Eazie setup.
You can provide:
- Office Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Website
- Country
- Unit Number
- Street Number
- Street Name

Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
After entering your office details, select Continue to move to the Branding step
Step 2: Branding
The Branding step allows you to upload and configure the brand assets used to create a consistent experience across your Social Eazie templates.
The branding area includes four categories:
- Logos - Upload and manage your primary and reversed logos for use on light and dark backgrounds
- Colours - Set your brand colours or extract colours directly from your uploaded logos
- Icons - Upload custom icons and choose default property icons for use in your creatives
- Fonts - Upload and select fonts for headings and paragraph text in your creatives
Under Logos, you can provide your primary logo for light backgrounds and create or upload a reversed version for use on darker backgrounds.
The primary logo upload supports:
- PNG
- JPG
- SVG
Step 3: Templates
The Templates step provides a preview of your Social Eazie advertising template.
You can review how your listing information, property image, agent details and branding appear in the template.
The template preview can include elements such as:
- Property status
- Property image
- Suburb
- Price
- Property features
- Agent information and photo
You can also enable Advanced Editor to access additional template styling controls.
The Advanced Editor provides style groups such as:

- Header Line
- Image Badge
- Agent Photo Border
- Suburb Text
The template preview helps you fine-tune your advertising presentation before completing the setup.

Select Complete setup once your Client onboarding setup is complete
After you select Complete setup, you’ll see the final step confirming that your account is nearly ready.
Before you can create Facebook and Instagram campaigns, Social Eazie needs access to your Facebook Page. This allows Social Eazie to connect your Page to your account and complete the setup.
Ad Go-Live timeframes
Your ads are built by the Social Eazie team, and a proof is sent to you for approval. Once approved, ads will go live on the selected Social or Google channel within 12–24 hours.
Campaign duration and budgeting
Campaign duration depends on the chosen channel and budget. A minimum spend of $150 applies for a single ad type on Facebook, Instagram, or Google, running for 14 days. Ads linked to inspections or auctions will run leading up to the OFI or auction date.
Example duration cycles:
- Facebook / Instagram or Google — 1 ad type @ $150 = 14 days
- Facebook / Instagram or Google — 2 ad types @ $300 = 14 days
- Facebook / Instagram or Google — 1 ad type @ $300 = 28 days
- Facebook / Instagram or Google — 1 ad type @ $500 = 40 days
- Facebook / Instagram and Google — 1 ad type @ $300 = 14 days
- Facebook / Instagram and Google — 2 ad types @ $500 = 14 days
- Facebook / Instagram and Google — 3–4 ad types @ $500 = 28 days
Cancel or pause live campaigns
To cancel or pause a live campaign, email support@socialeazie.com. Remaining funds may be reallocated to a different campaign (e.g., switching a 'Just Listed' ad to 'Just Sold').
Add Social Ads to a Listing campaign
Social Ads or Social Eazie items are not automatically added to a listing’s Campaign. To include them in Vendor Paid Advertising agreements, you must:
- Create an advertising supplier
- Create an advertising item
- Create a campaign template or edit an existing template to include the Social Eazie item
