About listing files

The Files section within a listing allows documents to be uploaded and stored against sales and rental listings. This provides a central location to manage supporting documents such as contracts, images, and communications.

Supported file types include JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, DOC, EML, MSG, and CSV. File uploads are limited to 200MB, except for files marked as Statement of Information, which have a maximum size of 2MB.

Files can also be configured for use across websites and applications, depending on available integrations and settings.

Note: Files remain stored indefinitely unless they are manually deleted. Deleted files may not be recoverable.
