Recording buyer offers ensures all activity is accurately captured and reflected in vendor reports. By logging offers directly against a contact within a listing, agents can maintain a complete and transparent history of buyer interest.
Offers are recorded as notes with a specific Offer type, making them easy to identify and report on. This process supports better communication with vendors and improves visibility of buyer engagement.
Record an offer
To record an offer:
- Go to: Sales > Listing
- Open the relevant listing
- Click Buyer Leads
- Click on the contact
- Scroll to Offers
- Click Add Offer
- Enter the offer details:
- confirm the Offer date and time
- Enter the Amount (required)
- Enter the Expiry date and time (if applicable)
- Enter the Deposit amount (if applicable)
- Select the Settlement date
- Select or confirm the Consultant
- Add details in the Notes field
- Click Add Offer to save
Note: Ensure all offer details are clearly recorded, as this information is used in vendor reporting and may be referenced later.
