About Contract default signature
Contract emails sent from the Agent App are system‑generated. The content is built dynamically using data stored in the CRM rather than a traditional template.
Because of this, changes to the signature are made by updating CRM settings, not by editing an email template.
Consultant position shown in the signature
The consultant position displayed in the signature depends on staff and listing information.
- If Staff details > Position is blank, the title Sales Consultant is shown
This applies only when the staff member is assigned as a listing consultant and/or advertising consultant on the listing.
- If text is entered in Staff details > Position, that text is displayed instead of Sales Consultant
Contact details used in the signature
The following contact details are pulled directly from Staff details:
- Phone number
- Email address
Keeping staff profiles up to date ensures contract emails display the correct information.
Company information used in the signature
Company details are sourced from office‑level settings:
- Company name is pulled from Office settings > Advertisement > Company name
- Company address is pulled from Office settings > General
