Learn how to manage and revert buyer check-ins on the Agent App.
This article covers:
Overview
Agents can revert buyer check-ins using the Agent App. This helps fix mistakes like checking in the wrong person without needing to change inspection records manually.
Check a Buyer into an Inspection
When you check in a buyer, the app automatically links them to the appropriate inspection.
To check in a buyer:
- On the Buyer screen, Tap Check in
If an open inspection exists for the property today, the buyer is checked into that inspection.
If no open inspection exists, a Private Inspection is automatically created, and the buyer is checked into it.
Revert a Buyer Check-in
After checking in a buyer, the Check in button updates to Revert Check-in. If a buyer was checked in by mistake, you can revert the action instantly.
To revert a check-in:
- Tap Revert Check in to remove the buyer from the inspection
If the check-in created a Private Inspection, a confirmation modal appears asking if you want to delete that inspection.
- Select Yes if the inspection is no longer needed
