Summary
The Agent App makes it easy for agents to review and manage buyer engagement on their listings. One of the key tools available is Web Leads, which shows enquiries generated from your website or connected portals.

Overview
Web Leads are enquiries on a listing that have not yet been assigned an interest level. These leads are automatically created when a potential buyer submits their details through online sources. Web Leads can come from major real estate portals such as realestate.com.au (REA) and Domain, as well as from integrated partners via API connections—for example, Plezzel or any system using the Enquiries API.
In the Agent App, Web Leads for each property are grouped together so you can easily review new, unclassified enquiries and assign the appropriate interest level as you follow up. This gives you a clear and organised way to manage fresh buyer activity on the go.
About Web Leads
Web Leads are enquiries automatically created when a prospective buyer submits their details through:
Your agency website (GRAB)
Third-party portals (e.g. realestate.com.au, Domain*)

These enquiries feed directly into the CRM and appear in the Agent App under each property.
