Summary

The Agent App makes it easy for agents to review and manage buyer engagement on their listings. One of the key tools available is Web Leads, which shows enquiries generated from your website or connected portals.

This article covers:

Overview

Web Leads are enquiries on a listing that have not yet been assigned an interest level. These leads are automatically created when a potential buyer submits their details through online sources. Web Leads can come from major real estate portals such as realestate.com.au (REA) and Domain, as well as from integrated partners via API connections—for example, Plezzel or any system using the Enquiries API.

In the Agent App, Web Leads for each property are grouped together so you can easily review new, unclassified enquiries and assign the appropriate interest level as you follow up. This gives you a clear and organised way to manage fresh buyer activity on the go.

About Web Leads

Web Leads are enquiries automatically created when a prospective buyer submits their details through:

  • Your agency website (GRAB)

  • Third-party portals (e.g. realestate.com.au, Domain*)

  • Connected enquiry forms or partner integrations

These enquiries feed directly into the CRM and appear in the Agent App under each property.

View Web Leads in the Agent App

To find web leads:

  • Open the Agent App on your mobile device

  • Navigate to the Listing you are working on

  • Tap into the Buyer Leads traffic light section

  • Filter for 'By Web Leads'

You will now see a list of all web enquiries for that property.

Understand the Web Leads Filter

On the Web Leads filter you’ll see:

  • Lead count - Total number of Web Leads for the property

  • Buyer names - Each lead displayed as a contact (e.g. “Yvonne Colla”)

Note: You will not see an interest indicator as they are Buyer - Web Leads.
