About the Sales Listing screen

The Sales Listing screen is your central workspace for viewing, managing, and interacting with all property sales records. It includes tools for searching, filtering, updating listings, exporting results, and reviewing associated tasks,  all from a single, organised interface.

Use this screen to access current and historical sales information, such as your:

  • Current listings
  • Recent sales
  • Withdrawn listings
  • Settled listings

To view sales listings:

  • Go to: Sales > Listings

Tip: Table view provides the most control, ideal for deeper data work or exporting records.

Table view tools in Sales Listings

Table View gives you a flexible workspace for working with large sets of listing data. From here, you can adjust displayed columns, generate reports, export information, and visualise listings on a map. This view is designed for users who need deeper control over sorting, analysing, and exporting listing results.

In the Table View:

Use the top menu bar for advanced actions:

  • Choose Report - Generate reports based on a selected template
  • Report View - Once a report is generated, it will switch to reporting mode
  • Edit Columns - Customise visible or displayed columns
  • Library and Portal Uploader -  Access library reports and resources and upload data to portals
  • More - For bulk options: for exporting to Word or CSV and adding or removing property tags
  • Order By - For sorting by column and order
  • Show Map - For geographic visualization

Filters in Sales Listings

Filtering tools help you narrow down listing data quickly and save reusable views for future sessions. You can stack multiple filters, build custom queries, save and favourite them for quick access, and share them with your team. This allows you to analyse sales data more efficiently and return to important filters without rebuilding them.

Apply filters such as:

  • Listing Status (Current, Settled, Withdrawn, etc.)
  • Listing Consultant
  • Suburb
  • Listed Date
  • Add custom filters or select from Saved Filters for quick reuse.
