Overview
The Contact Board View in the Agent App allows you to access and manage your contact boards on mobile. Boards created in the Web App are fully synced, so you can track vendor prospects or buyers from your phone or tablet.
Reason to Call (RTC) notifications are also available in the mobile Board View, helping you quickly identify key opportunities to connect with prospects based on their activity.
Contact board view in the agent app
You can access your Contact Boards directly from the Agent App.
- Tap Contacts
- Tap into Board view
- Select your board from the dropdown menu
Real-time sync functionality
The board supports real-time updates between the mobile and web apps, ensuring your data is always current.
- Move cards using drag-and-drop
- Moving a contact horizontally updates the associated category automatically
Reason to call notifications
Reason to Call (RTC) notifications highlight key buyer and prospect behaviours that provide a strong reason to reach out.
- Tap the RTC filter on any Contact Board
- View contacts who are ready for follow-up
This makes it easy to prioritise high-value calls while working remotely, whether between appointments or on the move.
