Preview Website

A Preview Website allows you to display selected sales and rental listings on a separate website before they are advertised on your main office website.

This is useful for:

• Off-market or pre-market campaigns
• VIP buyer and tenant previews
• Internal listing reviews
• Marketing preparation before a public launch

Requesting a Preview Website

If you would like a Preview Website created for your office, please contact Support and our team will create and configure the website for you.

Showing Listings on the Preview Website

Once your Preview Website has been set up, you can control which listings appear on it.

Sales Listings

To display a sales listing on the Preview Website:

1. Open the sales listing.
2. Select Edit.
3. Navigate to Load & Web.
4. Locate Website Status.
5. Set the status to Current.
6. Save the listing.

The listing will then be eligible to appear on the Preview Website.

Rental Listings

To display a rental listing on the Preview Website:

1. Open the rental listing.
2. Select Edit.
3. Navigate to Load & Web.
4. Enable Show On My Website.
5. Save the listing.

The rental listing will then be eligible to appear on the Preview Website.

Removing Listings from the Preview Website

Sales Listings

To remove a sales listing from the Preview Website:

1. Open the listing.
2. Select Edit.
3. Navigate to Load & Web.
4. Change Website Status from Current to Hidden or blank
5. Save the listing.

Rental Listings

To remove a rental listing from the Preview Website:

1. Open the listing.
2. Select Edit.
3. Navigate to Load & Web.
4. Disable Show On My Website.
5. Save the listing.
