  • List key property features and benefits
  • Identify your target audience
  • Include any unique selling points

Create an effective prompt

Use a clear and specific prompt to guide the AI in generating your ad copy.

  • Include key features and benefits
  • Mention your target audience
  • Specify the tone or style if needed

Example prompt:

  • Write a compelling ad copy for my listing that highlights its key features and benefits and appeals to the target audience.

Generate Advertising copy

You can adjust property details before generating or refining your ad copy.

  • Go to: Sales > Listing
  • Select the relevant property
  • In the listing screen click the pencil icon next to Advertising Copy
  • Click the dropdown next to AI Copy Assistant 
  • Tick Use property details to help generate AI copy 
  • If no attributes are set, click the + (plus icon) to add property features 
  • Enter a prompt in the field (optional) to guide the AI on tone or focus 
  • Click Generate AI copy for me
  • Review the generated copy in the Heading and Body Text
  • Click Save to insert the generated text into your listing
Tip: The more detailed your input, the better the quality of the generated ad copy.
