Summary
Learn how to find contacts who haven’t been contacted since a specific date, so that you can re-engage them via calls, SMS, or email.
The Last Recorded Contact filter helps you identify orphan contacts, those with no recent interaction, so you can prioritise follow-up and maintain strong relationships.
To filter by last recorded contact date:
- Go to: Contacts in the sidebar
- If filters are already applied, click Reset to clear them
- Click + Add Filter Item
- Under Select filter, choose Last recorded contact
- Under Select condition, select
- is before (to find contacts not contacted since a specific date)
- is after (to find contacts contacted recently)
- Enter the date (e.g., 2025-01-01)
- (Optional) Add subfilters such as Contact Event Type to narrow by interaction type (e.g., Appointments, Completed tasks, Email, Letters, Notes, SMS).
- Activity Property Beds (e.g., equals 3)
- Activity Suburb, Activity Street, Activity Consultant, etc.
- Click Apply to view the filtered list
Tip: Combine 'Last recorded contact is before [date]' or 'Last recorded contact is unknown' with 'Future Tasks/Appointments are not present' to find contacts who need both engagement and planning.
